Green Residential Park company began its activities in the Armenian real estate development industry in 2010, specializing in the construction of commercial and residential buildings.

In 2019, due to the boom in the real estate market, there was a need to diversify the company’s assets. New directions were considered within the construction industry. The construction of a hotel turned out to be the most attractive niche for Green Residential Park, as it opened up a completely new range of possibilities.
The Journey of Partnering with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts
Thus, it was decided to build a high-class hotel, which was named Wyndham Grand Tsaghkadzor. The location of the hotel was not chosen by chance, because Tsaghkadzor is considered the most developed tourist center of the Republic of Armenia, there is always a high solvent demand here, Wyndham Grand Tsaghkadzor will be the only modern 5-star hotel that meets international standards.
Revolutionizing Tsakhkadzor's Tourism Industry
The decision to build the first hotel in the city of Tsakhkadzor came because of the understanding that it is one of the most developed tourist centers in Armenia, where large streams of people flock all year round. In the Tsaghkadzor city , there is no functioning 5-star hotel, stimulated the company to develop the first project in this city.
The Rise of Luxury Investment in Armenia
In Armenia, the first investment hotel project has been created through the international Wyndham network, which will provide buyers with a stable passive income.
