Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is the world leader in the hotel business, an international chain with 9300 hotels worldwide, offering various levels of comfort from economy class to luxury options.
The cooperation agreement between Green Residential Park and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts was signed in 2022 after long negotiations.
Our History
Wyndham Grand Tsaghkadzor will be the only modern 5-star hotel in Armenia that meets international standards.
The hotel is currently under active construction. High-quality building materials were used in the construction of the hotel, and the renovation and furnishings will be carried out in accordance with the highest international quality certificates.
Initially, it was planned to build only one hotel, but as a result of negotiations with the brand, it was decided that in addition to Tsaghkadzor, 3 more hotels will be built in Yerevan, Dilijan and Sevan.
